Traveling has been a passion of mine since I was a young child.  However, I didn't start cruising until my honeymoon in 1998.  Since then, this has been my favorite type of vacation.  It has so many benefits for everyone, especially for families.  Parents get to experience the world through their childrens eyes, but also have plenty of alone time on the ships.  There's no laundry, no dishes and nowhere to be. 

Our family lived in Germany for 2 1/2 years and have had the good fortune of visiting around 40 countries.  We have taken over 15 cruises that made stops in Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, the Caribbean, Alaska, Mexico, Hawaii, and throughout the Continental United States.  We have not just read about these locations.  We have been there.  My experiences while visiting the ports and taking land tours will help provide you with first hand knowledge of these wonderful places.
